Instructions
- Prepare the base:
- Crush the cookies until they become fine crumbs.
- Mix them with the melted butter until you get a sandy texture.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie plate and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the filling:
- Dissolve the Citrusense powder in 190 ml of water.
- In a blender, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and Citrusense solution. Add vanilla if desired.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour and refrigerate:
- Pour the mixture over the already cold base.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
- Decorate and serve:
- Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, a little more Citrusense powder, and lemon slices for a fresh touch.
