Instructions
- Prepare the lemon base:
- Dissolve 25g of Citrusense powder in 200ml of cold water. Taste and adjust the strength if you prefer a more acidic or milder flavor.
- Blend the red fruits:
- In a blender, combine the berries with a splash of the prepared Citrusense juice and, if desired, a tablespoon of honey or syrup.
- Strain if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Mix everything:
- In a pitcher or large glass, combine the berry puree with the remaining Citrusense juice.
- Add plenty of ice and mix well.
- Serve and decorate:
- Serve in tall glasses with lemon slices, whole berries, or a few mint leaves for a visual and aromatic touch.
- If you like it sparkling, add a little mineral water just before serving.

- 1/2 cup of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries — fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey, agave syrup or sweetener to taste (optional)
- Ice to taste
- Mineral water (optional, for a bubbly touch)
- Lemon slices or whole berries for garnish (optional)
