Instructions
- Prepare the Citrusense juice:
- Dissolve 25 g of Citrusense powder in 100 ml of cold water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
- Mix:
- In a cocktail shaker (or blender if you prefer it frozen), add:
- 60 ml of white rum
- 30 ml of natural syrup
- 45 ml of Citrusense juice (you can adjust to taste)
- Ice to taste
- 60 ml of white rum
- Shake vigorously for a few seconds or blend until smooth.
- Serves:
- Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
- Optional: Frost the rim with sugar for a more attractive touch.
Garnish with a lemon slice or mint leaf.
